Combating marine plastic pollution at the source before it enters the ocean. We've partnered with recycled resin manufacturer CarbonLITE to bring Ocean Diverted PCR PET rigid containers to market. Ocean Diverted PCR PET resin originates as plastic waste collected within 30 miles of the coastlines of countries where waste collection infrastructure is lacking. The Ocean Diverted program involves gathering loose PET plastic waste that would otherwise end up in the ocean via rivers and waterways. This material is then cleaned, processed and repurposed into new, recycled packaging.
